香脆土豆饼

洗干净土豆,上屉锅蒸.将鸡蛋打匀,加入牛奶,再加少量精盐,绵白糖,鸡精.将蒸好的土豆去皮,弄碎.倒入调好的牛奶鸡蛋汁,加适量面粉,拼命地搅.将加过面粉(定形)后成的土豆饼雏形放进平底锅里炸,
记得用小火来做,否则会影响土豆饼的色泽。

3,把南瓜捣成泥,加入面粉和糯米粉,比例是5:4:1。然后和成面团,包入豆沙馅
4,放进电饼铛煎熟。金黄金黄的,又香又糯的南瓜饼就做好了
